Northern University Bangladesh is one of the leading private universities in Bangladesh founded and sponsored by the International Business Agriculture & Technology (IBAT) Trust.

The university started their journey in 2002 and the university also well known as NUB. The IBAT trust is a non-political and non-profit voluntary organization. The university approved by the Education Ministry of Bangladesh and University Grants Commission of Bangladesh. NUB provides different undergraduate and postgraduate programs to their students.

Northern University Bangladesh (NUB) provides 4 year full time B.Sc. in Textile Engineering course to their students at an affordable cost. The university provides this course with latest theoretical and practical textile education knowledge.  NUB provides many facilities to their students so that students can easily take up this degree. They provide practical knowledge as well as theoretical knowledge so that students can easily learn their lesson. NUB offered scholarship to poor and talent students and also provide textile lab, computer lab, English club, culture club facilities to their students.

Requirements for Admission Test: Students should be Bangladeshi by birth or legal immigration. Candidate must be passed in SSC or equivalent examination from Science group and must obtaining CGPA 2.50 (Without additional Subject) and HSC or equivalent examination from Science group and obtaining CGPA 2.50 (Without additional Subject). Foreign students should apply to the Ministry of Education; Government of Bangladesh through Bangladesh embassies located their own country.
