BGMEA University of Fashion & Technology (BUFT) provides Certificate Course in Knitwear Merchandising to their students to improve their position in knit composite factory or merchandising sector in garments and apparel industry. The main objective of the course is to provide deep knowledge to the students about cut and sew knitwear.

The course is specially designed to expose the students to the theoretical and practical issues of the technology of knitwear manufacturing, designing, merchandising and to understand the global trends of knitwear. After completing this course anyone can improve their position. Students got admitted by admission test and according to their merit. Students are admitted twice in year; one in January-June semester and other in July-December semester.

Course Duration: 6months (120 Hours)

Course Fee: 35,000 BDT or 440 USD

Requirements for Admission: Students must passed Graduate or equivalent degree or passed H.S.C. with 2 years working experience in RMG related industry. Students who passed S.S.C. can apply if he/she has 5 years working experience in RMG related industry.

Application Procedure: Students must apply through application form. Application charge is 500 BDT or 7 USD only. Students get admitted according to their merit and result of admission test. Admission test includes English, Math, General knowledge and Short easy writing. Students are admitted twice in year; one in January-June semester and other in July-December semesters.
