Pabna Textile Engineering College is one of the oldest and renowned textile engineering colleges in Bangladesh. The college provides B.Sc. in Textile Engineering degree in 4 special areas of textile.

Requirements for Admission: Students must be Bangladeshi by birth or by legal immigration. Candidate must be passed in SSC or equivalent examination from Science group and must obtaining CGPA 4.0 (Without 4^th Subject). Candidate must be passed in HSC or equivalent examination from Science group and must obtaining CGPA 4.0 (Without 4^th Subject). Total grade point should be 8.00. Total CGPA of Physics, Chemistry and Math should be 13.00 in HSC examination and candidate should get minimum CGPA 3.5 in those subjects individually. If a candidate got CGPA 2.0 in any subject he/she can not apply.  

GEC holder applicant must have average B grade in 5 subjects in O-Level and secure average B-grade in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in the A-Level but D grade is not accepted.

GCE O Level and A Level candidates can not apply through SMS system. They have to collect application form by downloading from website www.dot.gov.bd Bank draft Tk.1000/- (one thousand taka only) favor of “Director, Department of Textile and convener admission committee” any branch of Sonali, Rupali, Janata, Agroni Bank. Complete Application forms send to Principal of College.
